In the future, Neuraluv may offer in-app purchases or display advertisements via third-party providers (e.g. Google Pay, Apple Pay, ad networks). These providers collect and process your payment or ad-view data; we do not store payment credentials. Please review their privacy policies—Neuraluv is not responsible for third-party data practices or any losses arising from these transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Croseus Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our handling of your personal data. Our total liability with respect to data privacy will not exceed the fees you paid to Neuraluv in the 12 months preceding the claim.
